Monday at 9 am. The window closes Wednesday at noon. Friday pickup is 3 to 6 pm. We hold to this rhythm to keep the work careful and the flowers fresh.

Not through the site — the window reopens Monday. For genuine emergencies (a forgotten anniversary, a hospital visit), send a note on Instagram. We accommodate up to two rush orders per week, $10 fee, subject to what we can source.

Each weekly drop is composed around what's freshest. For private commissions (anniversaries, weddings), specific stems can be requested two weeks ahead. We work with what the season is offering — and never force.

A grocery bunch is 8–10 commodity stems wrapped in plastic. A Tam Bloom Classic is 12–15 stems — garden roses, ranunculus, lisianthus, specialty seasonals — hand-tied, layered in cream kraft, and finished by one florist. You're paying for time, sourcing, and design. Not just stems.

Petite ($45–55): 8–10 focal stems, casual gifting, treat yourself. Classic ($75–90): 12–15 stems, birthdays, anniversaries, the sweet spot. Signature ($115–140): 20–25 stems, milestones, V-day, anniversaries five years and beyond.

Premium fresh-cut stems sourced one to two days before pickup, Korean-style hand-tied design, three-layer cream kraft wrap with silk ribbon, a printed care card, and a hand-written note when a card add-on is selected. Add-ons (vase, chocolates, premium ribbon) are listed at checkout.

Front-porch pickup at 151 Brotherhood Dr, Collierville, TN 38017. You'll get a text with the address and a small map when your bouquet is ready.

Yes — within 8 miles of Collierville for $15. Beyond 8 miles, $0.65 per additional mile. Friday delivery window is 4 to 7 pm. Same Friday window for both pickup and delivery.

Send a note before Wednesday and we'll hold for Saturday morning by appointment. Beyond Saturday the flowers begin to lose their best form — we'd rather hand them to you fresh.

Seven to ten days with care. Trim two centimetres at an angle, change the water daily, keep it away from fruit (ethylene shortens life) and direct sun. Full guide on the care page.

Send a photo within 24 hours of pickup. We'll replace or refund — whichever feels right. We design honestly, and we want you to receive it that way.

Cancel any time before Wednesday noon for a full refund. After Wednesday, your stems have already been sourced — refunds are not possible. Quality issues are always handled.
